Finned tubes production line consists of two stages
1- Slitting machine for production of long stripes of metal sheets .Thin coils of metal are cut to long stripes. The width of strip is adjusted within 7 mm – 20 mm. according to required fin width .
2- Finned tube production machine :- Tubes are covered by helical fins manufactured from stripes
The process produce finned tubes to be used in heat ex changers. .The material used is brass,copper,Aluminum ,Stainless steel.
